The Space

HERA Wellness Studio is a small, intentional space, a freestanding cottage tucked into Latrobe Terrace, Paddington.

It was designed to feel like a genuine pause from the day, not a clinical environment, not a busy salon. Just a quiet, private room where you can arrive as you are and leave feeling different.

The studio is warm and unhurried. Essential oils, soft lighting, organic herbal tea, calming music. Every detail chosen with the understanding that the experience around the treatment matters as much as the treatment itself.

Finding us

We're located at 15 Latrobe Terrace (corner of Cochrane St), Paddington, in a private cottage with its own courtyard. Parking is on the street, the spaces directly outside the studio is reserved for private tenants, so please allow additional time to find a park nearby.

What we offer

Bespoke organic facials, face sculpting and buccal massage, skin needling, lymphatic enzyme therapy, extended wellness treatments, cosmetic acupuncture, women's health acupuncture and abdominal scar release. All treatments are tailored to you, not to a fixed protocol.

We use certified organic, Australian-made products chosen for their quality and their gentleness. Everything used in your treatment is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding.
