Living Libations Rose Glow Serum 30ml

Living Libations Rose Glow Serum

A few drops, patted in. That's the whole ritual.

Of everything Living Libations make for the face, this is the lightest. A jojoba base carrying rose otto, which is rose steam-distilled rather than solvent-extracted, and the reason a bottle this size costs what it does. It takes thousands of petals to fill a vial of the oil.

Where the Best Skin Evers cleanse, this one stays on. It sits after your cleanse, before a crème if you use one, and gives skin the thing it usually stops making somewhere in our thirties: enough lipid to hold light. Seabuckthorn carries its omegas in underneath. Immortelle and neroli work on tone. Geranium and palmarosa balance. Stone root cools. Lavender rounds the scent so the rose doesn't tip into perfume.

It absorbs quickly and doesn't sit on the surface, which is why it can go around the eyes where heavier creams can't.

Who it's for

Skin that has gone flat, uneven, or a little thin. Skin that drinks moisturiser and still feels tight by mid-morning. It's gentle enough for reactive skin, though anyone who reacts to fragrance in general should patch test first, since this is a botanically fragrant formula by design.

How to use it

A few drops into the palm. Warm them between your fingertips, then press rather than rub, over the face, around the eyes, down the neck and across the backs of the hands. Morning and night.

Layer it under a crème when skin is thirsty, or use it alone in summer. Clean, dry hands each time. Store it away from heat and light.

Ingredients

Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba), Hippophae rhamnoides (Seabuckthorn), Rosa damascena (Rose Otto), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium), Helichrysum italicum (Immortelle), Citrus aurantium (Neroli), Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Collinsonia canadensis (Stone Root), Cymbopogon martini (Palmarosa).

Wildcrafted and organic, made in small batches. Colour, scent and thickness will shift a little between bottles.
